In-season roster size 14-15
BLOCKINGCBA Article II, Section 3
Summary
During the season, a team must have between 14 and 15 standard contracts (not counting two-way players).
How it works
Post-trade roster counts must be within 14-15. A trade that results in fewer than 14 or more than 15 standard contracts is ILLEGAL.
Example
Team has 14 players and sends out 2, receives 1. Post-trade count = 13. ILLEGAL under ROSTER-001.
Engine behavior
The engine checks post-trade roster count as Step 1 of validation. Two-way players do not count toward the 14-15 limit.
