Summary
Paying cash consideration in a trade hard-caps the paying team at the second apron.
How it works
The maximum cash consideration in a trade is $4M per trade. Any team that pays cash is hard-capped at the second apron.
Example
Team A includes $3M cash in a trade. For the rest of the season, any trade that pushes their salary above $207.8M is ILLEGAL.
