Summary
Aggregating two or more TPEs to fund one acquisition hard-caps the team at the second apron.
How it works
Combining multiple TPEs to absorb one incoming salary triggers the second apron cap, which is more restrictive than the first apron.
Example
Team combines two TPEs ($8M + $6M = $14M) to absorb one player. Any trade that crosses $207.8M is now ILLEGAL.
